We purchased this 47 acre property, nestled in the heart of the Village of Charlton, in 2021. Our intention is to revive our outbuildings and 19th century barn, grow traditional upstate NY crops (including cider apples and hops), brew beer, make cider, and welcome visitors to explore how all this comes together.
